An Evening with Emerging Writers and Editors
November 29, 2022 by Megan Cummins
In September 2022, in collaboration with the Brooklyn Book Festival, A Public Space managing editor Megan Cummins was joined by Writing and Editorial Fellows Vivian Hu, Crawford Hunt, Taylor Michael, and Ruby Wang for a discussion on the art of the editorial dialogue. Fellows shared their early experiences of working with either an editor or a writer, and their questions for each other about the surprises they found on their side of the relationship.
We are pleased to share Fletcher Huntley's essay "Why Have You Forsaken Me?" as the 2023 recipient of the Bette Howland Nonfiction Prize.
