APS contributor Idra Novey will read from her latest novel, Ways to Disappear (Little, Brown and Company, 2016) as part of the the Brooklyn Writers Space reading series. Novey’s writing has appeared in A Public Space, The New York Times, Slate, and The Paris Review. Novey will be joined by Joanna Hershon, author of A Dual Inheritance (Ballentine Books, 2014), and Julie Orringer, author of The Invisible Bridge (Knopf, 2010).
