Join the Brooklyn Institute for Social Research for A Strange Enlightenment: The Philosophy of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, an intensive four-week course led by Heather Ohaneson. Paying special attention to the relationship between Rousseau’s biography and his philosophy, the course will to examine Rousseau as one of the Enlightenment’s most paradoxical thinkers. The course will meet in the A Public Space offices at 7:00PM on Thursdays beginning April 16. For more information and enrollment, click here.
