Photographer Ryan Spencer will discuss his latest book, Such Mean Estate at the powerHouse Arena. The book is a collection of images taken from films about apocalypse, which together catalogue the world in the aftermath of human destruction—exploring nuclear fallout, poverty, and climate change. Spencer will be joined in conversation by writer Ryan Britt and APS contributor Leslie Jamison, who wrote the introduction to Such Mean Estate. More information here.
