Tash Aw | Master Class

Writing and Migrating
In an age of unparalleled human migration, this Master Class will explore how fiction writers respond to moving across boundaries and living in countries and cultures often radically different from those of their origins. We’ll look at writers like Tayeb Saleh, Marguerite Duras, James Baldwin, and Eileen Chang, among others, and think about how their work might throw light upon our own.
